An early Zipmaven investment study explored the acquisition and ground-up development of a 0.68-acre residential site in the hills of Corona.
The concept paired a roughly 6,000-square-foot custom residence with a pool, landscaped grounds, modern open interiors, and integrated smart-home features. The opportunity was analyzed through site conditions, construction costs, comparable sales, schedule, and multiple exit scenarios.
